Vina INDOMITA
www.indomita.cl

Built in 2001, Vina Indomita is located at the peak of a hill, in the middle of the Casablanca Valley, 80km from the heart of Santiago. What makes  Indomita stand out is the way they strive to achieve excellence. Not only do they have some of the best winemakers in Chile, but they are realizing the true potential of their vineyards. They own over 1250 acres of vineyards but, unlike most, they have split their vineyards between two of the most important valleys in Chile. The Casablanca Valley and the Maipo Valley. They realized that they can make excellent red wines (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carmenere) in the Maipo Valley. However in the Casablanca Valley they have the greatest potential for Chardonnay,  Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. This distinction has allowed them to lead the charge creating a new level of quality in the vineyards of Chile. To make sure that these delicious wines can reach as many as possible they have created several levels of quality. From everyday wines all the way up to some truly special ones that capture the best that Chile has to offer.
Sauvignon Blanc:
White flowers, citrus, peaches and a hint of pineapple on the nose. Very fresh, clean and vibrant on the palate.

Chardonnay:
A fresh and friendly alliance of tropical aromas and crisp fruit. The palate is fresh, crisp and clean. Depth of flavor, without being dull or heavy. Full of life.

Merlot:
Complex aromas of blackberries, blueberries and ripe plums. Juicy tannins, long and round. A  full bodied wine with a great finish.

Carmenere:

Chile’s very own grape varietal! Aromas of wild fruits, truffles, violets, herbs and spices. Full flavored and rich on the palate, with a pleasant finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon:

Aromas loaded with wild berries and ripe fruit. The palate is flavorful with an abundance of round concentrated tannins. A Cabernet with real personality

Pinot Noir:
Elegant and balanced with mature berry fruits and floral notes along with a hint of vanilla and tobacco. A creamy, round palate and seductive tannins
