2006 Sauvignon Blanc
A delicate, soft sauvignon blanc with the roundness of tropical fruits and a zingy finish. Truly versatile.

2003 Pinotage
Always a very refined wine, it should win more medals! Warm blue berry fruits melded with winter spices like nutmeg and cinnamon. Fine tannins - good structure.

2002 Methode Cap Classique (champenoise)
Brut. Hand riddled (when they turn the bottles some wineries use machines). Fine delicate mousse. Flavors of freshly baked tarragon and rosemary ciabatta. These intriguing herbs add dimension. The finish is most definitely black walnut. All-in-all, a very classy champenoise.
